Cancellations

At Netverse, we strive to provide exceptional services to our customers and we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a project or request a refund. `We are here to help.

  • If you decide to cancel a project after it has been initiated, please notify us immediately in writing (email preferred).
  • Cancellation is only applicable to designing, development or services. Products like domain, hosting etc. are non refundable
  • All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of initiating the project.
  • Cancellation done between 48 hours to 96 hours will attract 50% project cost
  • All cancellations after 96 hours will be non refundable
  • In rare circumstances, Netverse reserves the right to cancel a project. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund of any payments made will be provided.

Refunds

Refunds are issued based on the stage of the project and the work completed.

  • You will be eligible for a full refund on services only If you cancel a project before any work has started
  • Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the project completed.
  • No refunds will be issued for projects that are completed or nearly completed, or if the cancellation occurs in the late stage as defined above.

Change of Mind
If you decide that you no longer want to use our software or services but it is functioning as intended and there are no technical issues.

Third-Party Products/Services
Refunds are not available for products or services provided by third-party vendors, even if they are sold through our platform. Please call us in case of any questions.
