Cancellations

At Netverse, every engagement is designed to be seamless, thoughtful, and precise.

If your requirements change, text us or simply write to us. We’ll guide you through the next steps with clarity and care. Changes to ongoing design and development work are supported within defined timeframes, hence, requests made within 48 hours of initiation are accommodated without charge*.

Between 48 and 96 hours, adjustments may incur up to 50% of the project value. Beyond this stage, engagements are considered fully committed.

Refunds

We handle every refund with discretion and attention, creating a process that is both smooth and effortless.

A full return may be accommodated for requests made within 48 hours of commencement. However, domains, hosting, and other third-party services, where costs are incurred upfront, remain non-refundable, irrespective of the timeline.

In the rare event that Netverse discontinues a project, you will be informed promptly, and all payments made will be fully returned. *Domains, hosting, and third-party services are non-refundable.
